Scaffolding works are due to start imminently on East Ham Town Hall. A huge protection platform measuring approximately 30m x 12m is being erected at high level in the large main hall and Coventry Scaffolding has been given the task of designing the protective structure and then putting it into place so that the hall can remain open for functions.
