Reaching New Heights at Coventry Scaffolding

This year marks a major milestone for Coventry Scaffolding, our 75th anniversary. Over the past seven and a half decades, we’ve grown from a family-run business into one of London’s most trusted scaffolding specialists.

To celebrate this special year, we’ve continued to elevate our company profile launching a new website, advancing our green initiatives, and receiving the Royal Warrant of Appointment from His Majesty The King in recognition of our ongoing commitment to excellence.

Here’s how we’ve been celebrating and what we’ve achieved so far.

Offsetting our environmental impact
At Coventry Scaffolding, we’re dedicated to operating responsibly and minimising our environmental footprint. To mark our 75th anniversary, we partnered with Carbon Footprint Ltd to plant 75 trees in support of global climate action.

This initiative helps offset the impact of the scaffold boards we use and forms part of our ongoing efforts to build a more sustainable future. We look forward to planting even more trees when we reach our next major milestone: 80 years in business.

Royal recognition
Having proudly held a Royal Warrant under Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II since 2005, Coventry Scaffolding was honoured to be granted a new Royal Warrant of Appointment to His Majesty King Charles III. The announcement came at the perfect time, coinciding with the start of our 75th anniversary celebrations.

Our Chairman and Royal Warrant Grantee, Paul Hanifan, said, “Receiving the Royal Warrant from His Majesty The King is a proud moment for us. This honour recognises our commitment to excellence, reliability, safety, quality craftsmanship and sustainability in providing scaffolding services for over five decades.”

Celebrating a new look
To celebrate our 75th anniversary, we unveiled a brand-new website showcasing our projects, services, and rich company history. The modern design reflects our forward-thinking approach while paying tribute to our heritage.

We also introduced a special 75th anniversary logo, now featured across our marketing materials and proudly displayed on the latest addition to our fleet, a newly branded truck that carries our new look wherever we go.

Fleet expansion
This year, we expanded our fleet with a new Mercedes-Benz Actros, featuring a special commemorative livery. The design includes our 75th anniversary logo alongside an image of one of our very first trucks, a nod to how far we’ve come since 1950.

The dropside body also proudly bears the Royal Warrant emblem, symbolising the company’s continued excellence. Reflecting on the fleet, Perry Hanifan said, “We’ve built a striking fleet of vehicles that perfectly complements the fantastic work our team of highly skilled scaffolders delivers every day.”
